Unused, unwashed, and undamaged items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for refund or store credit. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to our review of the returned item before approved. Items must be returned in NEW condition, meaning the same condition in which they were shipped by us. They must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (free of smoke smells, pet hair, stains, etc).
In order to begin the return or exchange process, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. You will receive an email within 1-3 business days with full return instructions.

What items can I return?
Full-priced apparel items only. Permanently marked down items may not be returned. If you have a question about what can be returned, please email email@example.com.
What if I no longer have the tags from the item?
We will accept an item without tags as long as it shows no signs of wear or damage caused by the buyer.
How do I return or exchange an item?

Are there any charges for a return?
Kin Ship Goods does not assume the responsibility of return shipping unless an item is defective.
How long will it take for my return to process?
After we receive the returned item, the return will be processed within 1-3 business days.
IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Unused, unwashed, and undamaged items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. A receipt must be present at the time of return. If you purchased an item at our shop, but live out of town, you may proceed with an online return, but must first email firstname.lastname@example.org.
